Heading away for a night or longer? Our Overnight Care provides a caregiver staying in your home, offering continuous overnight presence along with structured evening and morning routines.
This service is designed for pets who don’t do well being left alone overnight, benefit from a consistent human presence, or require closer monitoring and support.
In addition to overnight care, we provide evening and morning visits to maintain your pet’s routine. Additional daytime visits can be added to reduce gaps and ensure your pet stays comfortable throughout the day.
Care is always tailored to your pet’s individual needs and may include feeding, walks or litter care, medications, enrichment, and companionship
What's Included In Your Visit
Overnight Care Includes:
- Evening visit with feeding, care, and settling-in routine
- Overnight presence in your home
- Morning visit with feeding and routine before departure
- Walks or litterbox care (as applicable)
- Medication administration (as needed)
- Monitoring of appetite, behaviour, and overall comfort
- Enrichment, companionship, and reassurance
- Photo and message updates
- Home care services (mail, garbage, light rotation, etc)
Please note:
Overnight care focuses on evening, overnight, and morning routines.
Daytime visits are based on your selected care package, your pet’s routine (including meals and medications), and daily routing.
Scheduling & Timing
Typical Timing:
Overnight stays typically begin in the evening and include a morning routine before departure.
Visit timing is based on your selected care package, your pet’s routine (including meals and medications), and daily routing.
Specific timing requests may be available for an additional fee
• Evening arrival: approximately 9–11pm
• Overnight stay in your home
• Morning routine: approximately 6-7 am
Additional daytime visits can be scheduled as needed, typically within the following service windows:
• Midday: approximately 11am – 3pm
• Afternoon/Evening: approximately 4pm – 7pm
•Evening: approx. 7pm – 9pm
Exact timing may vary slightly based on scheduling, travel routes, and visit volume.
