Step 1
Click on "Contact Us" and fill out the applicable inquiry form.
We do ask some questions about your location and about your pets and your/their needs
We will confirm your needs and compatibility via email
Step 2
Provided everything aligns, we will send you onboarding information, including a link to schedule your New Client Consultation and information regarding our easy to use software
Please set up your profile and complete the required areas in our software before the meeting
After completing your profile, services and a New Client Consultation can be requested right from your profile in our system!
Step 3
During our Initial Consultation Meeting, 1-2 of our staff will meet you and your pet(s) at your home
We will review your needs and pet information, confirm expectations and pet schedules.
If not already done, we will schedule/confirm services with you and collect payment & 2 keys
Ta Da! You're all set!
