I’ve been using Jen as my pet-sitter for my cats, Squeaky and Mouse for the past few years. Jen is great with my cats and I love knowing that they are in good hands when I go out of town. Jen always provides me with great updates while I’m on the road so I never have to worry whether my petsitter has actually shown up at the house or not. I can’t say enough good things about Jens' services.

I have used Vet Tech Pet Services many times now.  I really like the security of having Jen looking after my kitties – I have 4.  It's so much easier to go away when you have to. Jen and her staff are really great – caring and conscientious, and I know they’ll always make sure they’re looked after.  Jen loves animals (and kids) and always makes sure they get a bit of loving too.  Would recommend this service to anyone who cares about having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy look after their pets, like I do.

I have used the services of Vet Tech Pet Services several times since 2012 and have been very happy with the level of care and comfort they have provided to my cats. They took the time to get to know the cats and were able to tailor the care they needed. Jen has been pet sitting our cats, Taz and Pax, since 2014. She is organized, reliable, kind and trustworthy. Jen’s approach to running her business is professional and courteous. Vet Tech Pet Services is a real gift to our family, which has now grown to include 4 small dogs who love their dog-sitter from their snouts to their tails! Vacations are a breeze now that we have someone who truly cares about them looking in on them on a daily basis. We always know they are in good hands, safe and sound, and most importantly, happy. Jen did an amazing job giving antibiotic (tablets) to our old cat. Our cat is old (20years old!) and cranky and did not want to take the tablets at all. Jen was very calm and managed to get the tablets into my cat despite serious resistance. She calmly and firmly dealt with my cat despite all attempts to sabotage her efforts and was very good natured about it.
Jen has also administered eye drops to my cat. I have complete confidence in Jen's ability to give medication to my cat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for pet sitting or to give pets medication.

Hi Jen, 

We just wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of the cats and the dog yet again. With all of the rush of packing and crazy vacation arrangements to be made, it was a relief to know that we could make repeat arrangements with you so quickly by email again. 

Thinking back to the first time, we can now appreciate how much time and care you took to start a file on each one of them with everything you needed to know- from their medical needs and food to play and behavioural quirks. Knowing that you care about the details like that really helps put our minds at ease. 

Oh, and thanks for the email update when we were away. It was reassuring to hear the kitties were doing well in our absence. 

Christmas time and our trek out East will be here before you know it. We will be taking Jasper the dog with us this time.  As always, we will be glad to have you looking in on the cats again!
